以过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔戊酯(TAPH)作为引发剂合成聚合物聚醚多元醇(POP),讨论了合成工艺的最佳温度和用量,考察了TAPH与偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)复配合成POP的最佳比例。结果表明,当AIBN质量分数为基于POP产品总量的0.20%,TAPH的质量分数为基于POP产品总量的0.10%复配使用,合成了固体质量分数为45.02%、粘度为6500 mPa·s的高固含量、低粘度POP产品,该产品脱单体环节产生的结晶物量为仅用AIBN作引发剂时的1/5。
The polymer polyol (POP)products was synthesized using tert-amyl 2-ethylperoxyhexanoate (TAPH) as initiator. Its mass fraction and optimal temperature were discussed in synthesis process. TAPH and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) were compounded as the initiator into the POP, the optimum ratio of the complex was investigated. The results showed that high solid content and low viscosity POP were compounded, which solid mass fraction was 45% and viscosity was 6500 mPa-s when mass fraction of the AIBN was 0. 2% and TAPH was 0. 1% , based on the total amount of the POP products. The amount of crystallization in removing monomers link was 1/5 comparing with the method of using AIBN as initiator.
