摘要
本文围绕芭蕾舞基本功课和中国古典舞基本功课的教学,在下蹲与蹬起类动作中选取十余种典型动作和正误动作,设计出23个实验方案,通过运动肌电的测试与理论分析,对蹲蹬力量的训练进行研究。研究内容主要包括:蹲蹬力量23个案例中数十个基本动作的分析与对比、蹲蹬力量的技术特征和训练价值、蹲蹬力量训练的解剖学依据和训练学依据、蹲蹬力量的课堂训练手段和辅助训练手段、蹲蹬力量的训练方法、训练要求等,从而对蹲蹬力量的训练提出具体的建议。
The author of the paper conducts a study on strength training of bending and stretching for dancers through 23 experiments on over ten relevant type of bending and stretching movements typical, correct or wrong selected from courses of basic ballet training and basic Chinese classical dance training, using electromyogram (EMG) test and analysis. This paper mainly discusses results of the experiments, including analysis and contrast of basic movements, technical features and training significance of bending and stretching strength, anatomic and exercising basis of the training, means of studio training and supplementary training, training methods and requirements, thus proposes some specific suggestions for such movement training.
