诱导型一氧化氮合酶与蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛 被引量:3

摘要 蛛网膜下腔出血(subarachnoid hemorrhage,SAH)是临床常见的脑血管病,多由脑动脉瘤破裂所致,发病初期致死率约40%,而SAH后的脑血管痉挛(cerebral vasospasm,CVS)是SAH致残、致死的重要原因之一。在SAH后4—9d中,大约30%-70%的SAH病人都会发展为迟发性CVS,这是一个危险的预后不良信号。大约20%~30%病人在临床上表现出迟发型神经功能缺失,经积极治疗,仍有15%一20%病人因卒中致残或因缺血而死亡。
