Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fractures by AF Pedical Screw System

目的 :探讨AF椎弓根螺钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的机理及临床意义。方法 :对 30例胸腰段骨折病人运用AF系统复位固定。结果 :30例全部解剖复位 ,脊柱生理弯曲恢复 ,平均随访 13个月 ,后方植骨融合满意 ,16例截瘫症状迅速恢复。结论 :AF系统具有三维空间矫正力 ,结构简单植入方便 ,因其予制了复位角度 ,使复位更加准确、有效 ,使畸形得到充分的矫正。

objective:To study clinical significance of treating thoracolumbar fracture by AF pedical screw system.Methods:30 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were treated with the AF pedical screw system.Results:All patients had a anatomic reduction and maintain thoracic-lumbar lordosis.All cases were followed up for average 12 months.Sixteen cases of all with neurologic deficits recovered rapidly.Couclusion:AF 3-D pedical screw system is a new concept of 3-D reduction without complex structure as universal joint,but has truly 3-D adjustment.It provided strong symmetric transmitter orthetic force to correct the deformity.
