摘要
本文观察和分析了药用植物菘蓝(Isatis indigotica Fort)的体细胞染色体,确定2n=14,核型公式为K(2n)=14=6m+2sm(SAT)+4sm+2st,染色体臂数(N.F)=26,其中第4对亚中部着丝粒染色体短臂上具一对随体,是7对染色体中唯一的一对随体染色体。
/This paper reports the chromosome numbers and karyotype analysis of Isatis indigotica Fort.Its somatis chromosome is 2n= 14 = 6m+2sm(SAT)+4sm+2st.The 4th pair is Submedian centromere chromosomes.but is has two constrictions.The secondary constriction is on the short arm.of the 7 chromosome pairs, secondary constriction is present only in this pair.
