Study on the Optimization of Technical Innovation of Ventilation System in Mine

摘要 对某技改铅锌矿矿井通风系统进行了全面调查与测定,应用10项技术指标进行综合评价,分析出通风系统存在的主要问题:通风系统阻力较大、风机装置效率低、风量分配不合理及受自然风压影响明显等。针对存在问题,提出4个通风系统优化技术方案,并应用通风系统网络优化软件进行网络解算,模拟各方案实施后的通风效果。最后通过技术、经济及通风效果的分析比较,确定最佳实施方案,有效解决通风系统存在问题。 Through full investigate and measure of the ventila- tion system in the technical innovation for a Lead-Zinc ore mine, ten items of technical specifications were adopted in comprehensive evaluation. The main problems existed were high resistance of ventilation system, inefficiency of fan, im- proper air distribution and obvious impact of natural wind pressure. In order to solve above problems, four optimiza- tion schemes for the ventilation system were proposed. And network optimization software for ventilation system was ap- plied to simulate ventilation effect after schemes were carried out. Finally, by analysis and comparison of technology, e- conomy and ventilation effect, the optimal scheme was se- lected, which effectively solved the existent problems of ven- tilation system, and met the requirement of mine safety and production.
