摘要
底板注浆加固定向钻孔施工中,直孔段必须下入三级套管,由于地层复杂,极易出现套管事故,而且不容易处理。通过对赵固一矿底板注浆加固施工过程中使用套管公锥进行套管脱扣和取芯钻头掉落两起事故处理措施和过程的分析总结,提出了套管事故的预防措施。
In the construction of directional drilling for grou- ting reinforcement, the straight hole section must install three stage casing, therefore, complicated layers could easily result in casing accidents which are difficult to handle. After summarizing and analyzing the measurement and process a- bout casing tripping and core bit dropping in grouting rein- forcement with casing fishing tap in Zhaoguyi mine, the pre- cautionary measures for casing accident are put forward.
