复方苍耳子滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎动物模型组织形态学的影响

Effect of compound Xanthium nasal drops on morphology of allergic rhinitis animal model

目的观察复方苍耳子滴鼻剂对变应性鼻炎动物模型组织形态学的影响。方法以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯(TDl)做为致敏因子,建立豚鼠鼻粘膜变态反应模型,空白组和模型组滴予麻油滴鼻,每次每只每鼻侧5μL,每天2次;高、低剂量实验组滴予复方苍耳子滴鼻剂,阳性对照组予鼻炎滴剂,均每次每只每鼻侧5μL,每天2次,均连续8 d;观察各组组织形态学的改变。结果高、低剂量复方苍耳子滴鼻剂对慢性鼻炎模型豚鼠鼻粘膜上皮化生、腺体增生、血管增生或扩张及炎性细胞侵润等方面均能有改善。结论复方苍耳子滴鼻剂对实验性变态反应性鼻炎动物模型组织形态学有显著的改善作用。

Objective To observe the effect of compound Xanthium nasal drops on morphology of allergic rhinitis animal model. Methods The compound of 2,4two in toluene diisocyanate（ TDl） as the guinea pig nasal allergic reaction model for sensitizing factor. The blank and model groups were given sesame oil nasal drops. The high,low doses of test groups were given compound Xanthium nasal drops. The positive control group was given rhinitis drop drops. Among the groups were given oil or drugs all 5 μL every time each side,twice a day for 8 weeks. The morphological change was observed. Results The high,low dose of compound Xanthium nasal drops could improved obviously on the nasal mucosa metaplasia,glandular hyperplasia,vascular hyperplasia or expanding and inflammatory cell infiltration and other aspects in chronic rhinitis model of guinea pigs. Conclusion Compound Xanthium nasal drops could improve the on morphological tissue reaction in the allergic rhinitis animal model of the guinea pigs.
