赖诺普利对高血压病患者心肺功能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of lisinopril on cardio- pulmonary function in hypertensive patients

摘要 目的评价赖诺普利对高血压病患者的心肺功能的影响。方法选择2级高血压病患者76例,随机分为2组,试验组服用赖诺普利片,每天10 mg;对照组服用硝苯地平控释片,每天30 mg,半年后复查,比较2组病人血压控制情况、运动时最大摄氧量。结果对照组与试验组血压下降程度分别为(32.08±16.00)/(14.15±8.54)mmHg,(32.10±14.20)/(14.23±10.90)mmHg,2组差别无统计学意义。服药半年后对照组和试验组运动时公斤体重最大摄氧量结果分别为(17.93±1.47)和(20.20±1.12)mL·kg-1·min-1,试验组病人运动时最大摄氧量改善较好。结论赖诺普利可以控制高血压患者血压并改善心肺功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of lisinopril on cardiopulmonary function in hypertensive patients. Methods Seventy-six patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups as experimental group taking lisinopril tablet 10 mg·d-1,the control group taking nifedipine controlled release tablet 30 mg·d-1. After six months,blood pressure and VO 2-max were compared between in two groups. Results The decreases in blood pressure valus of experiment group and the control group were( 32. 10 ± 14. 20) /( 14. 23 ± 10. 90) mmHg and( 32. 08 ± 16. 00) /( 14. 15 ± 8. 54) mmHg. The difference between two groups was not statistically significant. Six months later,VO 2max of patients in control group and experiment group were( 17. 93 ± 1. 47) and( 20. 20 ± 1. 12) mL·kg-1·min-1, respectively. Compared with the control group, VO 2max of patients in experiment group were improved. Conclusion Lisinopril can control blood pressure and improve cardio-pulmonary function of hypertensive patients.
