黑茶的减肥作用及其影响因素的研究进展 被引量:10

Research progress of brick tea for weight loss effect and its influencing factors

摘要 黑茶是一类后发酵茶,主要品种有茯砖茶、普洱茶和青砖茶等,其减肥效用愈来愈被关注和认可;但不同品种的黑茶或黑茶的不同溶媒提取物,产生的减肥效用具有较大差异。本文回顾了黑茶减肥的基础研究和人体临床研究中的进展以及影响其减肥效用的因素。分析表明黑茶具有安全有效的减肥作用,而溶媒、品种和储存时间等因素影响其效果。 Chinese brick tea belong to post-fermented tea,including Fuzhuan,Pu'er and Qingzhuan tea etc.,their effects of anti-obesity is concerned and recognised recently,but there are much differences between the different varieties or between different solvent extracts. This paper reviews the progress of black tea in vitro,animal and clinical studies,and the factors that affect the effect of anti-obesity. The analysis showed that brick tea has a safe and effective effect of anti-obesity, which is influenced by the time of storage and solvent,variety.
