必须重新认识张景岳的标本论

Necessary to Understand ZHANG Jing-Yues Theory on Root and Branch Again

针对张景岳《类经》中有关标本的论述 ,从理论及临床两方面予以剖析。认为该认识在理论上自相矛盾 ,概念混淆 ,并不能完全有效地指导临床实践。同时指出 ,张氏在成书较晚的《景岳全书》中对标本问题作出了新的正确认识。

By analysis of the related comments of the theory on the root and branch in Zhang Jing-yues “Classified Canon” from the theory and clinic,this article thinks that this viewpoint is contradictory theoretically and confused in concepts and is unable to guide clinical practice effectively,and also points out that Zhang Jing-yue had a new and correct understanding on the root and branch in “Complete Book of Zhang Jing-Yue” published later.The authors suggest correcting the mistakes about Zhangs theory on the root and branch compiled in the present textbooks.
