摘要
阐述了微流体技术十几年来制备各种聚合物颗粒的进展,讨论了各种微流体合成法合成粒径分布较窄的刚性聚合物颗粒、单分散凝胶粒(微凝胶)、内部结构可控的颗粒和非球形颗粒等聚合物产品颗粒及其对粒径、形态、结构等因素的控制技术。展望了该技术在聚合物颗粒材料中应用的前景。
The developments in the microfluidic preparation of different types of particles made of polymeric materi- als over the past decade were reviewed. It was discussed that the ability of micro? uidics to generate rigid polymer particles with a narrowsize distribution, monodisperse gel particles, particles with controlled internal structures, and particles with nonspherical shapes and control of the particle sizes, morphologies, shapes, and structures in terms of various features of mi- cro? uidic synthesis. Several directions in the development of micro? uidic synthesis and assembly of polymer particulate materials were also discussed.
