摘要
通过显微镜、力学性能、DSC、热失重等方法研究了纤维含量对大麻纤维/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯复合材料的微观结构、力学性能、结晶行为和热性能的影响。结果表明,大麻纤维在PBS基体中分散较好;大麻纤维的加入提高了PBS的冲击强度,拉伸强度和弯曲强度,但断裂伸长率降低;由于异质纤维的加入使得成核速率增加,因而PBS的结晶速率增加,晶型未改变;此外,大麻纤维的引入提高了PBS的热稳定性和耐热性。
The effect of fiber content on microstructure,mechanical properties,crystallization behavior and thermal properties of hemp fiber/poly(butylenes succinate)composite were studied by OM, mechanical properties res*ing, DSC and TGA. The results showed that the hemp fiber dispersed well in PBS matrix. Hemp fiber improved the impact strength, ten sile strength and flexural strength of PBS, but decreased the elongation at break. Due to the heterogeneous nucleation rate increased, the PBS crystallization rate increased, while crystal foam had not changed. In addition, the introduction of hemp fiber enhanced the thermal stability and heat resistance of PBS.
