摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出含镨铜型无机抗菌材料。通过单因素实验得到较佳制备条件。运用激光粒度分析仪、FT-IR、XRD对产品进行表征;并利用抗菌试验(涂布平板法,菌种采用大肠杆菌)对产品的抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明,在反应时间1.5h、Cu2+浓度0.05mol·L-1、稀土离子浓度0.005mol·L-1的条件下,产品分散性较好,粒度均一,并且铜型抗菌白炭黑对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果,杀菌率可达到98.8%。FT-IR分析表明添加抗菌离子后,并没有改变载体白炭黑的结构;通过XRD分析发现铜型抗菌白炭黑产品为无定形态。
A new inorganic antibacterial material containing rare earth was synthesized,of which Cu2+ was selected to be the antibacterial ion, praseodymium nitrate served as the additives, and the white carbon black which was prepared by a sol-gel method was chosen as the carrier.. Through the single factor experiment, the optimal conditions, i. e. , reaction time, concentration of copper ions and rare earth ion concentration were got. The as-synthesized antibacterial material was characterized by the particle size analyzer, Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)and X-ray Diffraction(XRD). The antibacterial properties of product were studied by using the antibacterial test method(coated tablet, strains using e. colD. The results in dicated that the response time of 1.5h,concentration of Cu2+0.05mol ·L^-1, rare earth ion concentration under the condi tion of 0. 005mol ·L^-1, the particle size of type copper antibacterial white carbon black was minimum with a narrow size distribution. In the above condition, bacteriostasis rate of the material can reach 98. 8% FTIR analysis showed that the structure of Cu-Pr antibacterial white carbon black and white carbon black was similar even adding antibacterial ion. XRD a- nalysis showed that the product was amorphous.
