摘要
介绍一种复合推进剂用HTPB绝热层,使传统的发动机绝热层和衬层实现一体化。旨在简化壳体粘接式发动机装药绝热层/衬层成型工艺。针对复合推进剂,采用HTPB材料为基胶,加入耐烧蚀填料优化配制绝热层;从绝热层的设计、主要原材料的选用,到绝热层的基础配方和主要特性进行了描述,对研制过程中的关键技术及解决途径进行了讨论。研究表明研制的HTPB绝热层具有良好的本体性能,与发动机金属壳体和推进剂都有良好的粘接性能,成功应用于多发装药研制中。
In order to simplify the shaping technology of rubber insulation/liner for bonding motor, rubber insula- tion and liner was instead of integrated insulation. The insulation was synthesized with the optimum contents of HTPB and ablative filler for composite propellant. By analyzing the material and ration of the integrated insulation, it was suggested that the sticking point of technology of integrated insulation can be solved with the course of research. The investigative re- salts showed that the integrated insulation which had fine itself performance had advantages of the adhesive property of in- terface between motor and HTPB propellant. At present, the integrated insulation had been used in the research of a special project of HTPB propellant.
