摘要
简要归纳和总结了CO浓度光学检测技术的最新研究进展,详细论述了几种典型的CO浓度光学检测技术,并对其应用前景进行了展望。研究表明,CO浓度的光学检测技术具有优良的特性,克服了一些传统非光学检测方法的不足,具有较高的测量精度和稳定度。
Abstract: Recent research of CO concentrations optical inspection are summarized and discussed. Some types of typical CO optical inspection,and these possible new application prospect are analyzed. Researches indicat- ed that the CO optical inspection owns excellent characteristics, and overcome the shortages of some tradition- al inspections. These technologies turned out that CO optical inspections own high accuracy and stability of measurement.
