中国在20世纪80年代以来经历了30年之久的经济高速增长,而非洲在进入21世纪以来也获得了超过10年之久的经济快速增长。正如世界已经看到和正在热议的,中国的30年和非洲的10年之间不仅关联,而且双方间正形成一种全新的发展结构关系,即在世界经济发展重心向南方国家、发展中国家倾斜过程中,中非能够利用各自独特的优势,合作建构一种新型的、具有自主自信自觉的战略意识并保持开放的协同发展关系。这种新型关系正以其全新的成效而对传统的南南合作及其既存的南北关系产生深远影响。中非特殊的"命运共同体"也由此进一步向新的"机遇共同体"提升;而"中国梦"与"非洲梦"相融汇,正是这种全新关系深刻的时代表达。

China has experienced 30 years＇ rapid economic growth since the 1980s, and Africa has also gained rapid growth for more than 10 years in the 21st century. As the world has seen, the development of both sides does not only have rel- evance, both sides are also forming a new developmental structural relation, that is, during the process of transferring the focus of world economic development to South- ern Countries and developing countries, China and Africa are able to use their u- nique advantages to jointly build a new collaborative and open relationship with inde- pendent, confident, conscientious, and strategic awareness. Both sides can inde- pendently explore China＇s Path and African Path, and at the same time can learn from each other and exchange views. With the development of China - Africa cooper- ation, the special China- Africa Common Destiny will also get further development towards a new Opportunity Community. Integrating Chinese dream with African dream is the frankest and the profoundest contemporary expression of this new relationship.
