摘要
介绍了武钢集团昆明钢铁股份有限公司新建的中小型H型钢生产线的产品大纲、工艺流程、主要设备及其特点。该生产线设计年产能80万t,采用1架粗轧机+10架连轧机的轧制方式,长尺冷却—长尺矫直—冷锯锯切的精整工艺,精轧出口处设有轮廓仪,并采用了具有国际先进水平的自动化系统,将给昆钢带来良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The product mix, technology and equipment characteristics of mid-small section H beam production line in Kunming Iron and Steel Company were introduced. This line designed output is 80× 104 tons, which is applied one roughing mill and ten continuous mills and long length cooling, straightening and cutting proces ses. Meanwhile, the international advanced level automatic control system is applied.
