摘要
利用柔性轧制技术,通过工艺参数的控制,用相同的Q235B坯料分别生产出了Q235B、Q345B级别的钢板,各项性能指标均达到了要求,并实现了小批量生产。本文对两种工艺生产的钢板的屈服强度、抗拉强度、冲击功和金相组织进行了比较分析。
Q235B and Q345B grade plates were produced using plain carbon steel by flexible rolling technology and process parameters control. Various performance indexes of plates meet the requirements, and realize small batch production. The yield strength, tensile strength, impact value, and microstructure of two grade plates were compared and analyzed.
