摘要 简单介绍了土石坝碾压实时监控系统组成与设计、系统软件设计及其主要技术。在非真实碾压施工环境下,利用人力四轮手推车行走来模拟碾压车碾压过程,并对监控系统硬件、软件功能进行了测试,结果表明系统软硬件可靠稳定。模拟试验数据的后处理与分析表明,系统高程精度达到了±1.40 cm,沉降差计算精度达到了毫米级。该监控系统具备了高精度、实时、自动、全天候等特点,对于提高土石坝施工技术与管理水平具有十分重要理论意义与应用价值。 The composition and design,system software design and the main techniques of the real-time monitoring system for the compaction construction of earth-rock dam are briefly described herein.Under an unreal compaction construction condition,the rolling process of compactor is simulated through the travelling of the manually driving four-wheel handcart,while the functions of both the hardware and software of the monitoring system are tested and then demonstrated to be reliable and stable.The post-processing and analysis made on the data from the simulation test show that the height precision of the system reaches ± 1.40 cm and the calculation precision of settlement difference reaches the level of mm.Therefore,the monitoring system possesses the characteristics of high precision,real-time,automation,all-weather,etc.,thus it has very important theoretical significance and application value for improving the earth-rockfill dam construction technology and the relevant management.
