摘要 选用1日龄鲁西斗鸡72只,随机分成6组,每组12只.5个试验组分别饲喂不同粗蛋白(CP)水平饲粮,分别于21~31、63~73、105~115、147~157日龄用全收粪法,进行4个时期的消化代谢试验,预试期7d,正试期3d.每个阶段设置相应内源组,禁食24 h排空,收集24 h排泄物.研究结果表明,饲粮粗蛋白水平可以影响鲁西斗鸡营养物质利用率,以饲粮粗蛋白(CP)代谢率为依据,各阶段适宜CP水平为18.29%、17.00%、16.00%、14.66%;鲁西斗鸡不同阶段营养物质利用率有差异,以63~73日龄最高.鲁西斗鸡营养物质利用率受饲粮营养水平和饲养阶段双重影响. 72 one-day age Luxi Game Chicken were chosen and randomly assigned to six experimental groups with 12 birds each. Group 1 to 5 were fed with different crude protein diets. At 21,63,105 and 147 days of age,four designs were used to a ten days all collect method experiment to study the effects of dietary crude protein level on nutrient digestibility. Endogenous losses were obtained from control groups fasted for 24h to clear the alimentary canal,then excreta were collected exactly for 24 h. The results showed that nutrient digestibility was affected by different crude protein levels. According to the digestibility of crude protein on each stage,the proper crude protein levels :for Luxi Game Chicken during 0 to 6,7 to 12,13 to 18 and 19 to 24 weeks of age were 18.29%,17.00%,16.00% and 14.66%,respectively. Nutrient digestibility of Luxi Game chicken was affected by different feeding stage and nutrient digestibility was the highest during 63 to 73 days of age. in conclusion,nutrient utilization of Luxi Game Chicken was affected by nutrient levels and feeding phase.
