摘要
当前线切割技术在煤矿机械设备零件表面质量控制中的应用具有缩短产品生产周期、降低模具制造成本以及提高加工速度和加工灵活性等一系列优点,在工业中的应用比较多。文章首先概述了线切割技术的原理与特点,通过快走丝线切割旋转曲面加工论述线切割技术在煤矿机械设备零件中的应用,然后具体分析了线切割技术在煤矿机械设备零件表面质量控制中的应用。
