This paper analyzes the faults in using the continuous miner system, and summarizes some typical cases, such as cutting system faults, running system faults, electrical protection system faults and fire extinguishing system malfunction. The article also puts forward some methods to solve these problems, has provided a guarantee for coal mine mechanization develooment.
