The hoists used in coal mine enterprises can complete the automatic extracting coal process, the deficiency is often＂ coal not unloaded as＂. This paper will research the problems, try to find out the causes of this undesirable phenomenon, and analyze its possible consequences. This paper introduces a kind of hardware circuit protection system based on the software programming, its application will ensure the safe operation of mine hoists, has strong practical value.
