兑镇煤矿深部巷道破碎围岩控制技术研究

"喷锚注"技术施工方便,注浆快速,支护效率高;通过封堵围岩裂隙、隔绝空气、阻止地下水侵蚀,使破碎围岩胶结成整体,再造围岩;形成多个组合拱共同承载,改善了围岩应力分布,将顶板所受应力通过两帮传递到底板,提高了巷道围岩整体稳定性和自承能力。兑镇煤矿应用"喷锚注"技术有效地解决了破碎巷道掘进及围岩控制问题,保障了安全生产,获得了良好的效益。

＂Grouting and Bolting＂ technology is easy for construction. Meanwhile, it can not only fill the surrounding rock crack and stop up the groundwater erosion, but also integrate the crushing surrounding rock. It can also make the full length rock bolt anchored and improve the support effect with more strutting. At the same time, this technology is able to ameliorate the mechanical property and pass the stress from the roof to the floor through both bolted walls to enhance the global stability and self-supporting capability of surrounding rock. The technology of ahead strengthen and ＂Grouting and Bolting＂ have solved the problem of deep crushing roadway drilling and surrounding rock control, which have ensured the safety in production and gotten good benefits.
