发展煤炭循环经济的法律与政策保障措施

就目前来看,煤炭产业对于国家的经济发展有非常大的促进作用,但煤炭企业在发展过程中仍然存在一些问题,比如循环经济整体的发展十分不平衡,而且发展的力度很低,等等。要大力的发展煤炭循环经济,国家必须制定相应的扶持政策,并且完善相关的法律法规。煤炭企业自身也应不断研发新技术,制订出适合自身发展的规划,找准市场定位,从而实现煤炭循环经济的科学发展。

The current city development, coal industry cycle economy problems mainly include： circular economy overall development level is too low, and extremely lopsided; to coal industry city loop active development, government, national support force still remains to promote; in view of the coal mine industrial circular economy development part of the coal industry, city and has not established scientific and perfect development planning; part area coal industry circular economy development related laws and regulations, the system has yet to be perfect. For the coal industry circular economy development, the state and local governments need to develop, improve relevant laws and regulations, perfect relevant legal system content, the government＇s responsibility to improve, in order to realize the development of China＇s coal industry circular economy.
