摘要 为加快新架设导线的老化过程,使之尽快达到老化导线状态,利用国家电网公司特高压直流试验基地的直流电晕笼,对特高压分裂导线的老化试验方法进行了研究。分别采用人工老化和电老化方法对户外大电晕笼内的6×720mm2导线进行了可听噪声试验,给出了2种老化方法下导线的A声级可听噪声和8kHz分量的统计特性,以及导线老化过程中可听噪声的频谱特性规律。试验得出:对新导线1次人工老化能使导线的A声级可听噪声降低约2dB;在新导线表面场强为32kV/cm状态下进行电老化时,60h可完成导线的老化过程,每10h导线上的A声级可听噪声降低约0.5dB;在导线老化过程中,可听噪声中1kHz之后的分量降低的较多。因此建议在导线老化时间要求较严格时采用人工老化法,在导线不易进行人工老化或人工老化成本过高时采用电老化法。 In order to speed up the aging process of newly erected conductors so as to get the conductors into the aged state as soon as possible, we investigated the aging methods of UHV bundled conductors in the DC corona cage in the ultra high voltage direct ourvent (UHVDC) test base of State Grid Corporation of China. Artificial aging and electrical aging were used for audible noise experiments on conductors in the corona cage. Statistical properties of the A-level audible noise and 8 kHz component of conductors aged by the two methods, as well as the audible noise spectrum of the conductors in the aging process were given. The experimental results show that artificial aging reduces the A-level audible noise by approximately 2 dB; the aging process of the conductors is completed by electrical aging in 60 hours when the conductors' surface field strength remains 32 kV/cm , and the noise of conductors reduces by approximately 0.5 dB in each 10 h; the 1 kHz and upper component reduces more quickly in the conductors aging process. Therefore artificial aging is recommended if the process time is strictly limited, and electrical aging is recommended for the cases in which artificial aging performs weak or costs too much.
