Although Burmese＇ s democracy transformation brings the hope for solving the problem of refugees, the issue of refugees leads up to a question that no longer belongs to Burmese＇s internal affairs, but also has spreaded through neighboring countries and regions. To solve the problem of refugees still takes time.
