摘要 建立了牛奶中链霉素和双氢链霉素的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC—MS/MS)。牛奶中的目标物经磷酸溶液提取后,分别通过苯磺酸型和羧酸型固相萃取柱净化、浓缩,再用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪进行测定,外标法定量。确定了链霉素和双氢链霉素的线性回归方程;方法的回收率分别为77.4%-98.2%和80.1%-95.2%,且相对标准偏差分别为5.4%-7.2%和6.4%-8.6%。该方法快速、准确,回收率高,可用于牛奶中链霉素和双氢链霉素的同时检测。 The paper establishes a method to determine streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin contents in milk using UPLC-MS/MS. Phosphoric acid solution was added to milk samples to extract target ingredient, and then concentrated by SCX and WCX SPE procedures successively. Streptomycin and dihydrostrept0mycin contents were measured by UPLC-MS/MS. The recoveries of each compounds were 77.4%-98.2% and 80.1%-95.2%, and the relative standard deviations are 5.4%-7.2% and 6.4%-8.6% for streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin respectively, which showsed that the method meet the demand to determine streptomycin and dihydrostreptomycin contents in milk.
