IV TI方法及其在新能源发电绩效评价中的应用 被引量:4

IV TI Method and Its Application to the Evaluation of Electricity Power Performance of New Energy

摘要 新能源发电绩效评价具有指标偏好间存在关联以及指标取值不确定性等特点,基于区间数运算和模糊测度理论定义IV GAI算子,探讨该算子的性质;在此基础上定义Ⅱ距离函数,并构建IV TI方法,给出IV TI方法的求解步骤;最后将IV TI方法应用到江苏省新能源发电绩效评价中,结果显示在江苏省新能源发电绩效评价中核电为最优,其次分别为生物质发电、风电和光伏发电。 The ranking of alternative new-energy technology is a multi-criteria decision analysis issue. Due to the interaction effect among criteria weight and the interval-valued criteria, this paper defines the IVGAI operator and discusses its properties. Based on the II distance function, this paper builds up an IVTI model and applies it to evaluate the new-energy technology in Jiangsu province. The evaluation result shows that nuclear power is the most preferred new-energy technology in Jiangsu province, followed by biomass, wind and solar photovohaic.
