信息化与现代服务业发展:测度、协同和融合的研究视角

The Development of Modern Services and Information Industry:The Perspective of Measurement,Collaboration and Integration

信息化和现代服务业发展是经济转型的重要因素,两者在不同地区联动发展的情形存在差异。尤其是现代服务业相对落后地区,信息化的作用如何发挥,理论与实践还不太吻合。本文以信息化测度信息产业发展水平,从两个角度分析信息产业与现代服务业协同发展问题,一是从信息产业在服务业内的前后向联系效应,来考察信息产业与别的服务行业的相互关系;二是以VAR分析现代服务业发展和信息产业之间存在怎样的相关性。基于此,文章在信息市场培育、信息产业集聚、现代服务业拉动力和现代服务业结构优化等方面得出了一些启示。

Information industry and modern services are the important factors of economic transformation, whose development in different regions are different. Especially there is a discrepancy between theory and practice as to how to make information technology play its role in regions whose modern services industry is relatively backward. This paper measures the level of information, and from two perspectives analyzes the collaborative development of the modern services industry, first to examine the relationship between information industry and the other services industries according to its forward and backward linkage effects in services industries, and then to explore the correlation between the development of modern services industry and information technology. Based on this analysis, this paper provides some insights into the cultivation of information market, the agglomeration of information industry, pulling power and structure optimization of modern services industry.
