富氢生理盐水对兔骨性关节炎的保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨富氢生理盐水腹腔注射对兔膝骨性关节炎的保护效应。方法:新西兰大白兔30只,随机分为3组:正常对照组10只,生理盐水组10只,富氢生理盐水组10只,后两组20只兔均行手术制作膝骨性关节炎模型。富氢生理盐水组:腹腔注射富氢生理盐水10 mL/kg;生理盐水组:腹腔注射等量生理盐水,正常对照组不给药,各组均3 d/次,持续6周。于治疗前后分别取3组家兔血清及关节液测定白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量,结合家兔的行为学表现对治疗效果进行评价。结果:行为学改变上富氢生理盐水组治疗后有明显改善(P<0.05)。膝关节肿胀评分治疗前两模型组无差异(P>0.05),治疗后富氢生理盐水组优于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。治疗前两个模型组血清及关节液中IL-1、TNF-α含量升高有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后富氢生理盐水组均明显下降(P<0.05),生理盐水组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔注射富氢生理盐水治疗兔骨性关节炎有一定的疗效。
