三叶因子3和基质金属蛋白酶-9在胃癌中的表达及意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:检测三叶因子3(TFF3)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在胃癌组织、癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:分别收集临床术后胃癌组织、距癌缘3~5cm癌旁组织和正常胃黏膜组织标本各60例,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测TFF3和MMP-9的表达情况。结果:胃癌组织中TFF3和MMP-9表达水平明显高于癌旁组织中表达水平和正常胃黏膜中表达水平,其中在胃癌组中三者的表达与分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P〈0.05),而与患者年龄、性别和胃癌组织学分型无关(P〉0.05).且TFF3的表达强度与MMP-9呈正相关(r=0.753,P〈0.05)。结论:TFF3及MMP-9在胃癌中明显升高且表达一致性,提示二者有某种协同促进胃癌的发生、发展及演变的作用。
