摘要
水产苗种的专业化生产是未来水产养殖发展的必然趋势。论文选取1989-2011年数据，通过主成份分析将我国淡水苗种行业发展归纳为四个历史阶段：传统养殖阶段、为起飞准备阶段、起飞阶段、成熟阶段；利用灰色关联度模型，进一步计算了各个历史阶段淡水苗种生产投入要素变动特征，分析影响生产效率提升的关键因素，认为自然资源、苗种选育技术水平以及市场需求因素、抗风险能力对苗种生产有着极为重要的影响。最后，在总结其历史变迁的基础上，提出淡水苗种行业未来发展方向和建议。
The industrialization of aquatic fingerlings is the inevitable trend of aquaculture. Extracting the related date from 1989 to 2011, the essay has divided the development of aquatic fingerling industry into 4 stages： traditional aquaculture, initial stage for innovation, preliminary stage for innovation and mature stage for innovation. By using gray correlation analysis, the changing characters of production factors for fingerling has been further analyzed so that the key factors for enhancing the production efficiency has been concluded. At the end of the essay, the suggestions for the future development of the industry have been raised on the basis of the summary of the industry historical changes.
