摘要
海南省杂交水稻制种产业具有重要的战略意义,且具有气候和地理等优势,但也存在诸多不足和问题,潜在风险较大,制约了产业的发展。分析认为,海南省杂交水稻制种产业虽然受国家和地方种业政策的影响,但通过改善产业发展环境和改进生产经营模式等方法,产业还有很大的发展潜力和空间。
Hainan hybrid rice seed industry has an important strategic significance, with climate and geographical advantages, but it still faces many problems and issues, so potential risk is more serious, which restricts the industry development. Finally, the author believed that, although affected by state and local seed industry policy, Hainan hybrid rice seed industry would have great development potentialities and space through improving industry development environment, industrial production and business modes and so on.
