摘要
通过对北京市消费者的实地调查,运用因子分析和方差分析的方法,探究了开心果产品特性、外观包装、质量安全和商品价格等因素对居民消费行为的影响。在此基础上,从提高本土开心果种植面积、重视开心果产品特性、完善外观包装差异化和保证开心果质量安全等角度提出了相关建议,以期为正处在起步阶段的开心果产业发展提供借鉴。
Based on the field survey of consumers in Beijing, factor analysis and variance analysis were used to summarize four main factors, including product features, appearances of the packaging, quality and safety and commodity price, which influenced consumer behaviors of Beijing residents. Finally, some counter- mearsures were proposed that we should increase local pistachio acreage, pay attention to pistachio product characteristics, improve the appearances of packaging differentiation and ensure quality and safety of pistachio, which would help to provide some references for the development of infant pistachio industry.
