Application of the PEEP on the ARDS

目的：探讨机械通气过程中 PEEP对 ARDS患者的治疗作用。方法：通过对 14例 ARDS患者应用呼吸机机械通气治疗，使用 PEEP后，进行疗效分析。结果： 14例 ARDS患者中 10例治愈， 4例并发其他脏器衰竭死亡。结论：机械通气中运用 PEEP模式，是治疗 ARDS的一种有效措施。

Objective:To study of the treatment with PEEP on the patients who were suffered from the ARDS.Methods:14 cases were received the mechanical ventilation therapy,and the PEEP was the main treatment After treatment,the curative effect was analyzed.Results:Of the 14 cases,10 were cured and 4 were died from the failure of the other organs.The curative eate of the ARDS was increased.Conclusion:The PEEP,as a treatment of model the mechaninal ventilation,is a effective therapy to the ARDS.
