侧卧位下气管插管的体会

Clinical Analysis on Lateral Tracheal Intubation

目的：探讨 16例因手术中各种原因处于侧卧位的患者进行气管插管。方法：采用快诱导经口明视气管插管的方法，在助手的配合下进行。结果： 16例侧卧位患者均顺利插管成功。结论：侧卧位气管插管，声门显露欠佳，操作有一定难度，应由有经验麻醉医师在场，以求及早成功。

Objectives:To improve the curative effect of tracheal intubation.Methods:To sum up 16 cases with lateral tracheal intubation.Result:All the cases were successful.Conclusion:Lateral tracheal intubation is a new safe method for patients who had to keep this position.
