目的：综述脂蛋白 (a)检测及其临床应用的研究近况。方法：检索有关文献资料加以综合归纳整理。结果：内容涉及脂蛋白 (a)的生化特性、常用的检测方法以及在心脑血管病、肾病、高血压、糖尿病、炎症病人中的应用情况。结论：脂蛋白 (a)在心脑血管疾病等方面的应用具有广阔的前景和良好的价值，值得深入研究。

Objective:To review the progress in assay of lipoprotain(a)and its application in clinical.Methods:To collect and summarize the related literatures.Results:This paper mainly involved in the biochemical character of lipoprotain(a)and the common methods for detecting lipiprotain (a),as well as the application of determining lipoprotain (a) in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease,nephropathy,and diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:The assay of the lipoprorain (a)may be widely used in clinical,especally in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.
