肾、输尿管结石手术中双J管的应用

Application of double-J tubes to the calculus operation of kidney and ureter

目的 观察在肾、输尿管结石手术取石后采用双 J管内引流的效果。方法 总结肾、输尿管结石取石术后采用双 J管内支架引流 10例的疗效。结果 10例全部采用国产 PVC双 J管，留置时间 4～ 8周。 9例经尿道膀胱镜顺利取出， 1例经输尿管镜取出。结论 双 J管的应用，克服了传统外支架管的一些缺点，同时具有支架管和内引流的双重作用。使用方法较简便，临床效果良好。

Objective:To observe the effect of drainage with double- J tubes after the extraction operation of kidney and ureter calculus. Methods:Retrospectively analyse the curative effect of 10 cases which took the internal drainage with double- J tubes after the extraction operation of kidney and ureter calculus. Results:All the 10 cases took use of the Chinese PVC double- J tubes which were left in the body for 4 to 8 weeks.9 of them were extracted by urethrocystoscope,one by ureteroscope. Conclusions:Application of double- J tubes have the double functions of stand and internal drainage. It is simple and has good clinical effect. [
