伴抑郁症状的焦虑症与伴焦虑症状的抑郁症的临床对照分析

A control study between clinical features of depressive disorder with anxiety symptom and anxiety disorder with depression symptom

目的 研究伴焦虑症状的抑郁症与伴抑郁症状的焦虑症各自临床特征。方法 采用 HAMD、 HAMA、 DAS、 WSP对 28例伴抑郁症状的焦虑症与 32例伴焦虑症状的抑郁症进行临床对照分析。结果 伴抑郁症状的焦虑症与伴焦虑症状的抑郁症在临床症状、认知、应激、自知力等方面均存在明显差异。结论 伴焦虑症状的抑郁症存在更多的认知曲解、自知力缺乏。而两者的区别有助于临床的鉴别诊断。

Objective:To study the separate clinical features of depression with anxiety symptom and anxiety with depressive symptom. Methods:28 depressive patients with anxiety symptom and 32 anxiety patients with depression symptom were assessed with HAMA、 HADA、 DAS、 WSP and SAWMD. Results:There were more outstanding cognitive distortion and insight lack in depressive patients with anxiety symptom. Conclusion:Differences in clinic manifestations help us to distinguish dignosis. [
