摘要
目的研究老年2型糖尿病患者与一氧化氮等氧自由基的关系。方法检测50例老年2型糖尿病患者(患者组)和50例健康人(对照组)血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-PX)活性。结果与对照组比较,患者组除P-NO值显著升高(P<0.01)外,余各检测值均显著降低(P均< 0.01)。结论老年 2型糖尿病患者 NO代谢异常,氧化、过氧化损伤加剧。
Objective To study the correlation between nitric oxide and type 2 diabetes. Methods Detections were made on the serum levels of plasma nitric oxide, plasma vitamin C and E, carotene and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase, erythrocyte catalase, erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase in 50 type 2 diabetes cases and 50 healthy cases. Results The plasma nitric oxide level in type diabetes cases was higher that that in the healthy cases (P < 0. 01), but the levels of plasma vitamin C and E, carotene and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase, erythrocyte catalase, erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase were lower than those in the healthy cases (P < o. oi respectively). Conclusion The metabolism of nitric oxide in type 2 diabetes cases was abnormal and the oxidation, peroxidation injuries were exacerbated.
