摘要
经济的深度全球化和国际政治的日益复杂化在为企业的国际化发展带来机遇的同时,也给企业的国际化经营带来了严峻的挑战。文章回顾了中国海洋石油企业的国际化发展之路,对新形势下中国海洋石油企业国际化经营的发展现状及所处的内外部环境进行深入分析,运用改进的SWOT分析方法对中国海洋石油企业国际化经营的自身优势、劣势及所面对的机会和威胁进行综合分析,对在新形势下中国海洋石油企业的国际化经营进行再思考。
Deep economic globalization and complicating international politics bring to the enterprises not only opportunities for international development but also challenges for the internationalized management. This paper reviewed the international development history of China offshore oil enterprises and analyzed the current state and internal and external environment under new situation, fully analyzed the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat that faced by China offshore oil enterprises in the internationalized management with enhanced SWOT analysis method, and further reconsidered the international management of China offshore oil enterprises under new situation.
