摘要 原油中的钙离子含量越来越高,导致常减压装置腐蚀加剧,引起催化裂化催化剂的中毒,影响石油焦灰分及相关产品的质量。通过电脱盐脱钙剂的加注,使原油在进入常减压蒸馏装置之前脱除绝大多数的钙离子,从而改善其对后续装置的危害。脱钙剂使用简单,钙离子脱除率高,经济效益显著。 The crude in refiners tends to be poor, the content of calcium ion in crude oil bec.ome higher and higher, which caused terrible results in refining processing, such as severe corrosion of crude oil distillation unit, damage of catalyst in fluidized catalytic cracking unit, rising of ash content in delayed coke and deterioration of related products quality. Through adding of electric desalting and decalcifying agent, most of calcium ions could be removed from crude oil before it is fed into atmospheric vacuum distillation unit, so as to decrease damage on follow- up plants. The decalcifying agent is simple for using, and have high deprivation ratio for calcium ion and thus high economic profit.
