乌苓郁云汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

Random Parallel Control Study of Treating Ulcerative Colitis with Wuling Yuyun Decoction

[目的]观察乌苓郁云汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将64例患者按就诊顺序编号随机分为两组。服药期间忌食生冷和辛辣油腻不易消化食物,忌烟酒。对照组32例柳氮磺吡啶,1.0g/次,4次/d;泼尼松,30mg/次,1次/d。贫血加富马酸亚铁口服液10mL/次,3次/d。服药出现恶心、胃肠不适、头晕等副作用不能耐受时加胃复安,10mg/次,3次/d;维生素B6,10mg/次,3次/d;奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d。治疗组32例乌苓郁云汤(乌药、茯苓、郁金、大腹皮各15g,肉苁蓉10g,延胡索12g,片姜黄15g,砂仁10g,薏苡仁30g,白扁豆20g,槟榔15g,莲子、甘草各6g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚温服。连续治疗30d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肠黏膜性状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组32例,完全缓解17例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率90.63%。对照组32例,完全缓解9例,有效19例,无效4例,总有效率87.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟乌苓郁云汤结合辨证加减治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎,未见不良反应,无毒副作用,安全性高,对于反复发作的慢性溃疡性结肠炎有着很好的防治作用。

[ Objective ] To observe the clinical effect of Wuling Yuyun decoction on ulcerative colitis. [ Methods ] 64 cases with ulcerative colitis were divided into two groups in clinical order according to randomized parallel control method. Odd numbers belong to the treatment group while the even ones belong to the control group. 32 cases in control group took orally Sulfasalazine 1.0g per time, 4 times a day, Prednisone 30mg per time, one time a day and Ferrous Fumarate oral Liquid for Anemial0mL per time, 3 times a day. They would take orally Metoclopramide 10mg per time, 3 times a day, Vitamin B610mg per time, 3 times a day and Omeprazole 20mg per time, 2 times a day when suffering from such side effects as nausea, gastrointestinal upset, dizzy during taking medicine. The 32 cases in treatment group took Wuling Yuyun decoction through water frying one dose per day, 400 mL, two times in the morning and evening, including 15g Wuyao, 15g Fuling, 15g Yujin, 15-20g Dafupi, 10g Roucongrong, 12g Yanhusuo, 15g Pianjianghuang, 10g Sharen, 30g Yiyiren, 20g Baibiandou, 15g Binlang, 6g Lianzi, 6g Gancao. They took it for 30 days in succession as a course. Clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. After 3 constant courses, clinical effect was detected. [ Results ] Among 32 cases in the treatment group, 17 were completely remised, 12 effectively cured, 3 cases without effect, where the total effective rate was 90.6%. 32 cases in the control group, 9 were completely remised, 19 effectively cured, 4 cases without effect, where the total effective rate was 87.5%. By Comparing the two groups, the effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Treating ulcerative colitis with the Wuling Yuyun decoction based on syndrome differentiation has no adverse reaction and side effects which makes good prevention and cure for recurrent chronic ulcerative colitis.
