健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆随机平行对照研究

Brain Tongqiao Decoction Treatment of vascular Dementia Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将69例住院患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组。对照组34例都可喜,1片/次,2次/d。舒血宁20mL+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL/0.9%氯化钠250mL静滴,1次/d。治疗组35例健脑通窍方(生黄芪30g,益智仁10g,杞子30g,杜仲10g,川芎30g,肉桂3g,蜈蚣1条,蔻仁3g,制黄精20g,天麻、炒枳壳各10g,生甘草5g),水煎100mL,1剂/d,早晚温服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效30例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率89.02%。对照组痊愈17例,显效23例,有效15例,无效18例,总有效率75.34%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]健脑通窍方治疗血管性痴呆效果显著,值得推广。
