三妙祛湿汤联合金黄膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Three Wonderful Qushi Decoction Combining Alloy Yellow Plaster in Treating Gouty Arthritis

[目的]观察三妙祛湿汤联合金黄膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对40例门诊患者使用三妙祛湿汤(苍术、黄柏、牛膝、薏米各20g,土苓、木瓜、灵仙、泽兰各15g,泽泻、萆薢、甘草、秦艽各10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服;金黄膏(大黄、黄柏、姜黄、花粉各50g),外敷疼痛及红肿处,1次/d;连续治疗14d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈20例,有效18例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。[结论]三妙祛湿汤联合金黄膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

E Method ] Using a prospective design method, 40 cases with three wonderful Qushi Decoction （Atractylodes rhizome, phellodendron, radix, barley 20g, soil Poria, papaya, Ling Xian, Eupatorium 15g, Alisma, Bixie, licorice root, Gentiana 10g ）, 1 doses of/d, water simmer in water 200mL, sooner or later oral ： golden cream （ rhubarb, phellodendron, Jiang Huang, pollen each 50g ）, topical pain and swelling, 1 times / d ： continuous treatment with 14 d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results ] 20 cases were cured, 18 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.00%. [Conclusion ] Three wonderful Qushi Decoction combining alloy yellow plaster in treatment of acute gouty arthritis, satisfaction, no side effect, is worth promoting.
