补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 50 Cases of Stroke Sequelae with Buyanghuanwu Soup Combined Acupuncture

[目的]观察补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症疗效。[方法]对50例住院患者采用补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗。①补阳还五汤(黄芪70g,红花10g,川芎、当归各20g,桃仁10g,赤芍、地龙各20g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。②针灸:上肢不遂者,针刺肩髃、合谷、手三里、曲池、内关;下肢不遂者,针刺环跳、太冲、承山、足三里、太溪、血海、委中、阳陵泉、三阴交等穴;失语者取颊车透地仓、哑门、金津、百会、廉泉、通里。留针30min,1次/d。连续治疗1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、神经功能缺损评分、不良反应。连续治疗6疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈35例,显效6例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。[结论]补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗脑中风后遗症效果满意,值得推广使用。

[ Methods] 50 cases of hospitalized patients with Buyanghuanwu Soup combined acupuncture. ① Buyanghuanwu Soup （ Huangqi 70g, Honghua log, Chuanxiong , Danggui each 20g, Taoren 10g, Chishao , Dilong each 20g ）, 1 / d, decoction 200mL, sooner or later orally. ②Acupuncture ： upper fail who acupuncture shoulder Yu , gu, hand three years , Qu pool , internal relations ; leg who fail to materialize , acupuncture ring jump, Taichong, Cheng Shah, Zusanli, too River, a sea of blood , Venezuela , Yanglingquan , Sanyinjiao other points ; aphasia penetrating positions taken buccal car , dumb door , Kim Jin , Baihui, Lian Quan , Tong Lane . After acupuncture needle 30min, 1 times / d. Continuous treatment one month course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, neurological function , adverse reactions. 6 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] Cured 35 cases , effective in 6 cases , 5 cases , 4 cases , the total efficiency 92.00% .
