生脉注射液对脓毒症大鼠血液流变学指标影响

Effect of Shengmai Injection on Hemorheologic Parameters in Septic Modle Rats

[目的]观测生脉注射液对脓毒症大鼠血液流变学指标影响。[方法]将48只SD大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为4组:正常对照组、模拟组、生脉注射液组(低、高剂量)。采用盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)复制脓毒症大鼠模型。生脉组自手术前1d开始给药,连续3d,1次/d,低剂量组生药15g/kg,高剂量组生药25g/kg,其它组用等量生理盐水。各组给药3d后禁食20h,不禁水,水合氯醛麻醉,用真空抗凝管及干燥洁净试管,各取腹主动脉血3mL。观测血液流变学指标(全血低切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血高切黏度、血球压积、全血还原黏度)。[结果]模型组大鼠全血黏度(高切、中切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积指数高于空白对照组(P<0.01)。与模型组相比,生脉低剂量组、生脉高剂量组全血黏度(高切、中切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]生脉注射液组均能有效改善血液流变性,为中医治疗脓毒症提供了思路。

[ Objective ] To study the effects of shengmai injection on expression of hemorheology in septic rat model. [ Method ] Using a sepsis model induced by cecal ligation and puncture （ CLP ） in rat, the septic rats were treated with 2 different doses of Shengmai injection and the one control group and one f sham- operation group. [ Result ] The hemorheology indicators in control group were higher than those of sham-operation group （ P〈0.01 ）, and the hemorheology indicators of the two Shengmai group were lower than those of control group （ P〈0.01 ） . [ Conclusion ] Different doses of Shengmai injection are all effectively improve hemorheological parameters in Septic Modle Rats .To Drovid the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the sensis.
