血痹丹合剂联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变40例临床观察

Xuebidan Mixture in the Treatment of 40 Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

[目的]观察血痹丹合剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对40例住院患者常规控制血糖及合并症,血痹丹合剂(黄芪400g,桂枝150g,干姜120g,当归150g,川芎100g,赤芍200g,生地黄250g,丹参、地龙各200g,红花150g,延胡索200g,鸡血藤400g,山药200g,肉桂50g。加药量3倍量水浸泡2h,煎煮2次。首次2h,过滤,滤液备用。再加入药量2倍量水煎煮1h,过滤,合并两次滤液,滤液浓度不低于1.03(50℃),加入苯甲酸钠3g,搅拌使溶解,煮沸,静置12h,取上清液调制成1000mL,分装)早餐前晚餐后各服30mL。治疗期间嘱患者不再服用其他治疗糖尿病神经病变药物,出现不良反应及时反映,病情变化及时处理。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、临床症状积分、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]临床治愈2例,显效23例,有效14例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。[结论]血痹丹合剂联合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] Observation on the clinical curative effects of patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy （ DPN ） treated by mediea Xuebidan mixture. [ Methods ] Designed with prospective methods, 40 patients was given Xuebidan mixture （ preparations in Dandong Hospital of TCM ） 60ml, qd, before breakfast and dinner based on regular blood glucose and complications control. Make Sure all patients never take other medicine for DPN, reflect and deal with the adverse reactions and disease changes.One period of treatment was 2 weeks .Observation on physical signs ,Clinical score and adverse reaction, evaluated the clinical curative ef feet and safety after 2 two periods. [ Results ] Clinical cured： 2 cases, significantly effectiveness ： 23 eases, effectiveness： 14 eases, ineffectiveness： 1 ease, the total effective rate （ clinical cured rate ＋ significantly effective rate ＋ effective rate ） was 97.5%.[Conclusions ] Xuebidan Mixture had better curative effect and no side effect for DPN, it＇ s well worth to spread in clinical.
